Velooq ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, and (if you give them) your phone number, business name, budget and the details of your project. We also briefly keep your IP address to stop spam and abuse.

We don't use advertising trackers, cookies for marketing, or session recording.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver our services. We won't send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

• Our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Neon), which store the website and your enquiry.
• Our email provider (Resend), which delivers your enquiry to our inbox. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia (for example in the United States).

We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted after 2 years. Spam-protection records (IP addresses) are deleted after 2 days, unless an address is blocked for abuse.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by sending us a message through the enquiry form (choose "Something else"). We'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

Contact us first and we'll try to fix it. If you're not happy with our answer you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
